The floating home "mariTIME deluxe" is a floating vacation home with fantastic sea view directly in the marina Portorož (Adriatic Slovenia) and offers everything it needs for luxury on the sea.

Enough space for 4-6 persons. Small guests are also welcome!

Discover the beautiful sides of Slovenia, enjoy the view of the sea already when getting up and the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine.

The Floating home has a spacious sun terrace with Jacuzzi and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything your heart desires for a pleasant stay.

EQUIPMENT & SURROUNDINGS

mariTIME deluxe offers a spacious living room with kitchen area, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed.

The sofa in the living room can be used as a double bed. Thus, there is room for 6 people in our luxurious floating home.

"mariTIME deluxe" offers many outdoor areas with various oases of rest and relaxation. Besides the veranda at the entrance and the terrace in the back, the real highlight is the spacious roof terrace with jacuzzi, deck chairs, seating area as well as a fully equipped summer kitchen with refrigerator, complete dishes, cooking utensils as well as BBQ.

The veranda at the entrance of the Floating Homes also offers seating to enjoy a tea in the morning, read a book in the afternoon or have another glass of wine in the evening and listen to the sounds of the sea.

The interior design is tasteful, functional and furnished with love and small details. Special emphasis was placed on high-quality materials and design as well as functionality.

On the "mariTIME deluxe" you will find every conceivable luxury:

Bed down in the finest percale bedding made of organic Egyptian cotton and enjoy little amenities and surprises that make a stay away from everyday life unforgettable.

We provide plenty of cozy towels from Vossen for our guests. We ask you not to take the towels off the board!

The floating home has two flat screen satellite TVs, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a combination microwave with grill & hot air, induction cooktop, sufficient kitchen and baking utensils as well as high quality dishes and fine glasses. Everything is ready for a romantic dinner, a leisurely breakfast or a quick lunch.

In the kitchen you will find utensils from WMF, Alessi, Schott Zwiesel or SMEG.

And of course, a few small kitchen gadgets for the stay should not be missing: For example, an egg stove, ramekins for poached eggs, crepe pan or a baguette mold including 30-minute recipe, etc. can be found in the furnishing repertoire.

Listen to your favorite music on the Kooduu sound system and let Alexa tell you the current water temperature or news every morning while you indulge yourself with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. What else!

Enjoy the magical ocean view with a cup of coffee on the back patio, or just soak up the morning sun on the veranda and unwind.

Of course we offer a selection of various coffee capsules and teas.

And since enjoyment is our first priority, basics such as selected spices and fine oils from Morgan are not to be missed when cooking.

Not only love goes through the stomach but also makes a special stay!

The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, heating, hairdryer, washing machine and various hygiene items. Fragrant shower gel, shampoo & conditioner will pamper your senses.

Iron and ironing board as well as clothes horse are of course available.

For your valuables we offer a safe.

High-speed Wi-Fi and private parking are free of charge.

For beach trips and exploration, you'll find a fully stocked picnic backpack.

And a badminton set for fun on land is also provided.

And if the weather doesn't cooperate and you don't feel like watching TV, we offer you some board games - because as they say: "Mensch ärgere Dich nicht".

Small guests are also very welcome!

Please let us know when you make your reservation if a baby crib is needed. Of course, we also provide a high chair and in the kitchen there are children's dishes and cutlery, bibs and drinking cups suitable for children. Socket protectors are also available in the drawer under the safe.

But not only the facilities of the "mariTIME deluxe" offer various amenities, there are also plenty of recreational opportunities on the premises and in the near vicinity:

A restaurant with a breakfast buffet, a children's playground and its own beach area, swimming pool, tennis court, bike rental etc you can reach after a few minutes walk.

Floating Sea House mariTIME deluxe offers its own boat dock at the accommodation. The area is popular for hiking, diving, cycling, fishing and nautical activities.

Portoroz Thermal Bath is 2.7 km from Floating Home mariTIME deluxe, while Sečovlje Salina Nature Park is 3.7 km away. Trieste Airport is 44 km from the accommodation.
